Presentations
The study tour in Zacatecas began on 16 March 2009 with an overview of the programme and a series of presentations by experts and practitioners. The presentations were designed to provide background information on migration and development; and a historical perspective of migration between Morocco and the European Union, and Mexico and the United States.
